Dynamic passenger information over Bluetooth low energy (BLE)

The project's objective is to evaluate how Bluetooth low energy technology can be harnessed for direct transmission of locally relevant, dynamic information. Payload data shall be transmitted from one transmitter to many receivers (e.g. smart­phones) in proximity directly. This way, smartphones can receive comparable data without the need for internet connection or GPS.
